Return Policy and Procedure

At Case123, we strive to ensure Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the product to within the first 30 days from the date of shipment. We will gladly exchange for a equal or lesser value product or issue a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition as sold to you. All the parts, accessories and documentation must also be returned.

We do not accept any postage due return shipments. Customer will need to pay for return shipping cost.

If the item is lost or damaged during delivery, we will be glad to mail you a replacement.
