Canada Post Lettermail or Expedited Parcel. The Lettermail option is available for small orders within specific weight and size restrictions. Lettermail can take up to 7 business days to
deliver, but it provides no proof of delivery and no tracking, so we are unable to cover the risk of loss and damage if you choose this option. Bigger items requires Expedited Parcel which will cost more. Expected delivery time for Expedited Parcel is summarized in the table below. The daily shipping cut off time is 9:00 PM

Tracking Numbers
Please note that tracking numbers are not
available for Canada Post Lettermail, USPS First Class Mail and International Parcel. Tracking numbers are available for expedited parcel,
and Xpresspost shipping methods only.
Returns and Refunds

At Case123, we strive to ensure Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the product to within the first 30 days from the date of shipment. We will gladly exchange for a equal or lesser vallue product or issue a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer.
All product must be returned in its original packagin, and int he same condition as sold to you. All parts, accessories and documentation must also be returned.
Please note we do not accept any postage due return shipments. Customer will need to pay for return shipping cost.
