All free shipping to United States are
through Canada Post, and would generally take 7 - 14 business days to
deliver. Before you purchase any item, please take this into
considerations. Free shipping to US destinations are through light
packet oversize mail. Speed up in delivery time would require some form
of parcel shipping, where the shipping charges for the different
shipping methods are to be calculated on the item listing based on the

International Shipping
International orders are shipped through Canada Post. Free shipping is not available to address outside of North America. Items that qualify for free
shipping within North America typically costs $2.79 for shipping to
international locations. Please note that international shipping can
take up to 18 business days. Before you purchase any item, please take

Shipping Schedule
The daily shipping cut off time is 9:00 PM
EST/EDT (6:00PM PST/PDT) for next buseinss day shipping. For example, if payment is received after 9:00 PM EST on Friday, the order will be shipped on Monday. Please note that statutory

Tracking Numbers
Please note that tracking numbers are not
available for free shipping items; they are available for parcel
shipping methods only for all destinations. In addition, please
note that the Small Packet - USA Air and Small Packet - International
Air shipping options do not have tracking numbers available.
Tracking numbers are available for standard parcel, expedited parcel,

Returns and Refunds
